Terms of Service

Please read these specific data retention and cancellation terms carefully. These terms dictate the lifecycle of your encrypted clinical data upon termination of service.

1. Cancellation Notice Period

To terminate your subscription, a written notice of at least fourteen (14) business days prior to your next scheduled billing date is required. Cancellation requests must be submitted via the "Account Settings" dashboard or sent to our support email. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle following the notice period.

2. The 60-Day "Grace & Export" Window

Upon the effective date of your subscription termination:

Account Suspension:Your account will transition to a "Suspended" state. You will no longer be able to create new patient records or notes.
Read-Only Access:You will retain read-only access to your dashboard for a period of sixty (60) calendar days solely for the purpose of exporting your clinical data and patient records.

3. Permanent Data Deletion (The "Wipe")

On the 61st day following the effective date of termination, KinlyPro will perform a permanent, automated wipe of all your data from our production servers and encrypted backup systems.

Irreversibility

Due to our Zero-Knowledge AES-256 Encryption architecture, once this deletion occurs, the data is mathematically unrecoverable.

No "Recovery Fee" Option

Because we do not hold your master encryption keys, we cannot "roll back" or recover your data once it has been purged.

4. Practitioner Responsibility

As a healthcare provider, you acknowledge that you are legally responsible for the long-term retention of patient records according to your local jurisdiction's health records acts.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure all patient data and clinical notes are exported in a standard format (CSV/PDF) during the 60-day window provided. KinlyPro accepts no liability for data loss resulting from a failure to export records prior to the 60-day deletion deadline.
